When did you start podcasting?
I just started.
My podcast was just submitted to iTunes and I started out with three episodes and will continue to put a new one out every Wednesday
Why did you start podcasting?
I wanted to share my story. I’m an obese man on a mission to lose a significant amount of weight.
I needed an outlet to let out some monsters in my past and share what it’s like being obese.
What’s your show about?
A brutal look into the mind of a morbidly obese father and his weight loss journey on the No Sugar No Grains Lifestyle.
This is a very raw & honest podcast with topics on weight related issues, life as an obese man, AMA (Ask Me Anything Sessions) Nothing is off limits with these podcasts.

What’s your podcasting set-up? Hardware, software, CMS, etc.
I work on a iMac using Adobe Audition, Set of Cans & an Audio-Technica ATR2100. Nothing real fancy but it gets the job done
How have you promoted your podcast?
Mainly adding my podcast to any outlet I can find and social media.
Trying to get my Podcast out to friends & family to share with the world.
What do you know now that you wish you knew when you started?
There is a lot of effort that goes into starting a Podcast, I’m definitely still learning this and hope that people really take notice
