The Feed The Official Libsyn Podcast Episode Recap 2013

One of the most talked about endeavors for Libsyn finally came to fruition….

Our own podcast!

I started working at Libsyn in 2007 and I remember having many discussions about launching our own podcast. I believe before that there were dabbles of some sort or other publishing Libsyn content.

But alas, for some reason or another a proper podcast never manifested itself.

And then came 2013 and it was time!

The Feed, The Official Libsyn Podcast was launched!

What finally got us to take the plunge?

Just Doing it – taking action.

Prepare.

Press record.

Edit.

Publish.

Again.

Just do it.

There is something that comes from taking action, regardless of the amount of preparation, research, knowledge, lack of knowledge, lack of preparation, finesse, ineptitude, whatever, that comes from simply DOING IT.

It doesn’t matter how much you prepare, strategize or plan, if you don’t actually record, nothing will happen. You won’t learn. You won’t grow. You won’t know.

Duh.

Here is a little summary of our year. We got 15 episodes out this year. Hoping to at least double that next year.
